Drop by and pick out some new-to-you fabric or yarn! Donations will be accepted April 13-19. View awesome completed sewing and yarn projects and enter to win a JOANN Fabrics gift card.

Reduce your stash of leftover fabric or yarn and share with others!

Event details:

  • Gather up your clean folded fabric and/or labeled, tangle-free yarn.
  • Donations of fabric and yarn will be accepted at the Checkout Desk from Saturday, April 13 through Friday, April 19 at 5 pm.
  • No supplies will be wasted and any surplus will be donated appropriately.
  • Craft supplies and accessories will not be accepted.
  • Call ahead with larger donations: 708-532-0160 x5719.
  • The library will sort through all donations and reserves the right to refuse donated materials to be included in our Fabric and Yarn Exchange for any reason.

Are you hoping to try a new project or learn a new technique?

  • Seasoned Stitch Club members will be on hand for inspiration.
  • View awesome completed sewing and yarn projects.
  • Enter for a chance to win a JOANN Fabrics gift card! Need not be present to win. Winner notified by May 3, 2024.
