Dance, breathe, express yourself, move into your personal soul space, and soar! Elaine Gotfryd Noonan will guide you through warm-up exercises to increase flexibility, balance, and strength, followed by creative dance movements. Fun, fun, FUN! Wear comfortable clothing and shoes. Bring a yoga mat or towel for floor exercises and cool down visualization. Participants may use a chair instead of floor. No experience necessary. Signup begins on September 15.
Speaker Bio: Elaine Gotfryd Noonan holds a Master's degree in Exercise Science and was a professional dancer at the legendary Sabre Room for 11 years (including opening the show for Tony Bennett!). She is also a Stress Management Educator with a certificate from Governors State University. Elaine creates enjoyable and challenging dance workshops adaptable to persons of any fitness level.
