Let's celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month by learning how to prepare a traditional dish from Mexico called Esquite (corn in a cup). Our special guest Chef Violeta Trujeque, is originally from Veracruz, Mexico. She will talk about the uses of corn in Mexican Cuisine as she demonstrates how to prepare this typical antojito, or street snack. Samples provided.
