A collection of 100+ bright, bold recipes influenced by the vibrant flavors and convivial culture of the Arab world, filled with moving personal essays on food, family, and identity and mixed with a pinch of California cool, from chef and activist Reem Assil.

Join us for engaging book discussions with selections that cover a wide variety of fiction and non-fiction. Participants can pick up a copy of the book one month before the discussion date at the Adult Reference Desk, or check out a copy through Libby/Overdrive.
