Come spend an evening with Chef Susan Maddox enjoying some wonderful recipes to get your Spring off to a great start by enjoying the cuisine of Paris without having the jet lag. Guests will learn three recipes along with some methods and techniques which will assist home chefs with great dining. A program surely not to be missed.
Chef Susan has over 25 years of Culinary experience working for various restaurants, country clubs, and corporate dining venues. She studied at Kendall College, CIA Greystone and traveled through Italy learning authentic Italian techniques. She is a dedicated teacher at College of DuPage as an adjunct Chef Instructor and visits many Chicagoland libraries. Chef Maddox’s professional experience includes Chef and Proprietor of Le Titi De Paris, Motorola Food Works, Wynstone Country Club, Vidalia On The Park, Bella Vista, and Va Pensiero.
