Reading to your baby, singing songs, and doing fingerplays benefits your child in many ways. Adding easy yoga moves to the routine, strengthens the child/parent bond. It lets you communicate with your baby through touch, stretching, cradling, massage and movement. Please only signup the child and remember to bring a small blanket or a mat.
