The Crisis Center for South Suburbia (CCSS) will inform us about the warning signs of domestic violence and ways to provide support to a friend or loved one to get the help they may need.
October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month
The Tinley Park Public Library and the Crisis Center for South Suburbia (CCSS) developed a new partnership to provide this educational program on domestic violence awareness.
1 in 3 women and 1 in 4 men in the United States have experienced some form of physical violence by an intimate partner. Envision a community where domestic violence is not tolerated; where all people are safe. Attend this informative presentation to help yourself or others in need.
