Speaker bio: Chef Walks First, a member of the Menominee Indian Tribe of Wisconsin, was born and raised in Chicago.
Executive Chef Walks First (Jessica Pamonicutt) is the Executive Chef and owner of Ketapanen Kitchen, Chicago's first Native American Pop-Up Kitchen and catering Company. She is a classically trained Chef, trained at Le Cordon Bleu School of Culinary Arts. She is also known for her community work and appearances in the media.
