Ageless Grace (Brain & Body Fitness) is a fun, creative, and playful exercise program that works out your brain as well as your body. This innovative program is composed of 21 simple tools for lifelong comfort and ease that can be practiced anywhere. We will lubricate our joints, strengthen our muscles, exercise our brains, and improve our flexibility, hand-eye coordination, balance, breath, and tickle our funny bone. The movements are organic and spontaneous, no need to learn any special choreography. Come and experience this brain and body-boosting class and feel younger with every workout! Exercises done in a chair.
