Dance, breathe, express yourself, move into your personal soul-space, and soar! Elaine Gotfryd Noonan will guide you through warm up exercises to increase flexibility, balance, and strength, followed by creative dance movements. Fun, fun, FUN! Wear comfortable clothing and shoes. Bring a yoga mat or towel for floor exercises and cool down visualization. Participants may use a chair instead of floor. No experience necessary. Speaker Bio: Elaine Gotfryd Noonan holds a Master's degree in Exercise Science and was a professional dancer at the legendary Sabre Room for 11 years (including opening the show for Tony Bennett!). She is also a Stress Management Educator with a certificate from Governors State University. Elaine creates enjoyable and challenging dance workshops adaptable to persons of any fitness level.
